CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA are security tools used to test if an online user is really a human and not a bot. 


There are several variables that determine whether or not an online user is challenged. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • The user is accessing the website from a restricted country (see list below example images)
  • The user is using a VPN
  • The user is using a TOR browser
  • The user is accessing the website from a suspicious or restricted IP address
  • There is an anomaly in the users activity

Blocked Countries

Login attempts from these countries will be blocked and the login will not be allowed

Challenged Countries

Login attempts from these countries will always result in the user being challenged with a CAPTCHA.
