Your username for VeraBank Online Banking & Mobile Apps must meet the following criteria:
- At least 6 characters
- Can contain letters, numbers and the following special characters: @$*_-=.!~
- Cannot be all numbers
- Cannot be your social security number
- Cannot contain whitespace or spaces
To view and edit a username
If you are logged in on a browser:
- Click on “My Settings”.
- To change your Username click on "Edit" next to "Username", enter your new Username and your current password, then click on “Save”.
If you are logged in on the apps:
- Tap on "More"
- Tap on the
(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner - Tap on “My Settings”.
- To change your Username click on "Edit" next to "Username", enter your new Username and your current password, then click on “Save”.
