You can edit and remove alerts in three places:

To Edit an Alert

• VeraBank Online Banking
  1. Login to VeraBank online banking
  2. Go to Other Services > Text Banking & Alerts
  3. Click on More Options next to the alert you wish to edit
• VeraBank Mobile Apps
  1. Login to the VeraBank app
  2. Tap on "More"
  3.  Tap on the(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Tap on Push Notifications
  5. Tap the blue dollar amount to change the amount for the alert
• SecurLOCK Equip App
  • Inside the SecurLOCK Equip app you can add your VeraBank debit cards and receive instant debit card transaction alerts. Click here to learn more about SecurLOCK.

To Remove an Alert

• VeraBank Online Banking
  1. Login to VeraBank online banking
  2. Go to Other Services > Text Banking & Alerts
  3. Click on Remove next to the alert you wish to remove
• VeraBank Mobile Apps
  1. Login to the VeraBank app
  2. Tap on "More"
  3.  Tap on the(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Tap on Push Notifications
     
  5. Tap the teal button to the right of the alert you wish to disable
• SecurLOCK Equip App
  • Inside the SecurLOCK Equip app you can add your VeraBank debit cards and receive instant debit card transaction alerts. Click here to learn more about SecurLOCK.
