First, make sure that the account hasn’t been hidden in your settings.

Here’s how to check:

Online Banking (through a browser)

  1. Go to “My Settings”
  2. Scroll down to “Rename & Hide your accounts”
  3. If the account appears here, make sure there is a checkmark next to the account. If there isn’t, then add it and the account will appear.
  4. If the account does not appear here, then please contact Support using the information below.


Mobile App

  1. Go to “More”
  2. Tap on the(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Go to “Quick Balance”
  4. Go to “Manage Account List”
  5. Click the pencil icon
  6. If the account appears here, make sure there is a teal circle next to the account. If there isn’t, then tap the white circle, then tap the check mark, and the account will appear.
