First, make sure that the account hasn’t been hidden in your settings.
Here’s how to check:
Online Banking (through a browser)
- Go to “My Settings”
- Scroll down to “Rename & Hide your accounts”
- If the account appears here, make sure there is a checkmark next to the account. If there isn’t, then add it and the account will appear.
- If the account does not appear here, then please contact Support using the information below.
Mobile App
- Go to “More”
- Tap on the(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Go to “Quick Balance”
- Go to “Manage Account List”
- Click the pencil icon
- If the account appears here, make sure there is a teal circle next to the account. If there isn’t, then tap the white circle, then tap the check mark, and the account will appear.
