Yes, you can enter a stop pay for a single check through Online Banking and the Mobile Apps.


To enter a stop pay through Online Banking:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2.  Go to Account Services > Check Stop Payment


To enter a stop pay through the Mobile Apps:

  1. Login to the Mobile App
  2. Go to the menu by tapping on "More" or the menu icon
  3. Under the "Resources" area, tap on "Stop Payment"


Stop pays on ACH items and on multiple checks MUST be made at a branch or by calling Customer Service.

The fee for entering a Stop Pay is $32, whether performed through Online Banking or through a banker.
