Alerts from VeraBank online banking and mobile apps are available by text message, email, or app push notification and are delivered by our system every 20 minutes.
Debit card transaction alerts through the SecurLOCK Equip app are in real-time. Learn more about SecurLOCK.
You can setup and edit alerts in three places:
- VeraBank Online Banking
- Login to VeraBank online banking
- Go to Other Services > Text Banking & Alerts
- Click on Add an Alert
- VeraBank Mobile Apps
- Login to the VeraBank app
- Tap on "More"
- Tap on the
(gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner - Go to Push Notifications
- Tap the button to the right of the alert you wish to enable; tap the blue dollar amount to change the amount for the alert
- SecurLOCK Equip App
- Inside the SecurLOCK Equip app you can add your VeraBank debit cards and receive instant debit card transaction alerts. Click here to learn more about SecurLOCK.
