Most transfers made between financial institutions are done by ACH (automated clearing house) payments. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days for a ACH to leave one financial institution and to arrive at another financial institution. 


If you sent money to VeraBank from another financial institution, please first check with the sending financial institution to make sure that the ACH was sent and the date it was sent. If they confirm that the ACH was sent and that it has been more than 3 business days since they sent it, then please contact us.
