- The loan is past due
- The loan does not have a payment due date
- The loan does not have a payment due
- You are trying to make an overpayment using the "regular payment" option
- Overpayments or any payment that is not your regular payment, should be made using the "principal only" option
- Example: If your regular payment is $250 and you want to pay $300, first make the "regular payment" for $250, then make another "principal only" payment for $50
- The account you are attempting to pay the loan from does not have sufficient funds to cover the loan payment
